Homeplace 1850 Wedding
The Homeplace 1850 Wedding is an annual 1st person
special event that focuses on wedding traditions in Western Kentucky and
Tennessee. Visitors are encouraged to join in on the celebration.
The wedding is held annually the 3rd Saturday in October.
Weddings in the 1850's were a community affair with many friends and
acquaintances coming many miles by wagon or horseback to be a part of the
activities and show their best wishes.
